Meet the instructor

Steven Carter

Steven Carter, as Operations Director for Cloud & Managed Services leads a team of circa. 100 engineers and consultants which includes our Service Desk, Technical Configuration Centre, field based Managed Services Consultants and Project Delivery.

Starting his career as a Service Desk Consultant, then managing our Internal IT team, moving back in to client facing roles as Head of Support, Steven has been delivering exception experiences to our clients and has maintained a consistent Net Promoter Score (NPS) of +80 for the last 5 years.
