The Agent Explosion. When everyone can build an agent, who stays in control?
(Tech Leadership Programme)

Copilot is evolving from a productivity assistant into a platform for agents capable of automating tasks, interacting with systems and supporting processes.

With the introduction of the new studio experience, Agent Store, skills, memory and consumption-based AI services, technology leaders need to understand both the opportunities and the governance implications.

This session explores the latest Copilot agent developments and provides a practical guidance for governance, cost management and readiness.

Attendees will leave with a clearer understanding of how agents may impact day-to-day IT operations and future AI strategy.
