AI Strategy, Value & Practical Execution

Join Daniel Kirkbright and Steven Osprey, this session helps leaders cut through the AI hype to focus on where AI genuinely adds value and how to move from ideas into action. Featuring practical Copilot demonstrations, including reporting and dashboard examples, it highlights the efficiency gains achieved by replacing low‑value manual tasks with Copilot‑enabled workflows. Attendees also gain a practical framework for responding to the question, “Can you make this happen?”—covering roadmap creation, cyber considerations, and execution planning.

Modern Cloud & Automation

Join Justin Mason for a fast‑paced demonstration showcasing what’s possible with Microsoft’s modern workplace stack. Starting with a simple SharePoint list, Justin shows how everyday processes, such as approvals and help desk workflows, can be rapidly automated using Power Automate, and then brings the solution to life with a Power App and real‑time reporting in Power BI.
This session highlights how meaningful transformation can flow from the shop floor to the boardroom—without touching core infrastructure, and backed by proven outcomes.
Cyber Risk & Trust
Led by Mike Tudor, this session positions Cyber Security as a critical pillar alongside AI and automation. Designed for business and technology leaders, it explores when and why to engage in a Cyber Risk Assessment, and why cyber considerations must be embedded from the very start of any digital initiative. Mike also shares real‑world insight into AI‑driven cyber threats, what’s emerging in today’s landscape, and the practical steps organisations can take to reduce risk, protect trust, and maintain resilience.
