Alan is a Microsoft Training Specialist and a member of the People Development team, bringing a wealth of experience from the technology and telecommunications sectors. With a CIPD Level 5 qualification in Organisational Learning and Development, he combines a background in leadership within major telecommunications organisations with hands-on training and development experience in the technology sector.

He supports internal TSG initiatives and external clients through the design, delivery and continuous development of Microsoft training and learning solutions.
