This short session shows users how to take messy handwritten notes — meeting scribbles, workshop notes, planning ideas or customer visit notes — and turn them into polished documents using Microsoft Copilot.

Sessions Details

In this 30 minute session we'll explore:

  • Capture handwritten notes in OneNote or as an image
  • Convert handwriting into editable text
  • Ask Copilot to summarise, clean up and structure notes
  • Create a first-draft Word document from rough notes
  • Review Copilot’s output properly — because Copilot is clever, not psychic
  • Use better prompts to improve document quality
