Heather Townsend is a Business Central Pre-sales Consultant at TSG, with over 25 years' experience delivering Microsoft ERP systems in to many different industries. She specialises in the Finance area of Business Central and focus on supporting our sales processes by delivering tailored demonstrations, technical insights, and solution proposals to prospective clients. She collaborate closely with colleagues across pre-sales and client engagement functions to ensure successful solution positioning and client satisfaction.
