This practical, four-part series is about Microsoft Copilot working for you and helping you confidently adopt AI to drive real business value.

Across short, focused sessions, we will explore how Copilot supports modern ways of working, boost productivity, reduce repetitive tasks and enable more time to focus on getting things done.

Please note:
Level: Beginner/Intermediate - some prior knowledge of using Copilot would be useful.

This is a webinar series that is open to all users of Copilot.

Once you book session 1, we will then send calendar invites for the remaining sessions.

If you book a place, please plan to turn up - spaces are limited and late cancellations or no‑shows prevent others from attending.


Session 1: Welcome to Copilot: Fundamentals and AI Adoption
In this session, we discuss Microsoft Copilot, its core capabilities, and the value of AI in the modern workplace, including the difference between low-value and high-value work, and how Copilot can help you focus on getting things done.
Session 2: Maximising Personal Productivity with Copilot
In this session we look at how Copilot can fit into your own workflows, help you work more efficiently, and improve your day‑to‑day productivity, with practical examples from Microsoft 365.
Session 3: Eliminating Repetition: Automation, Prompts, and Agents
We will explore how Copilot can help eliminate repetitive work by automating tasks, using scheduled prompts, and working with agents—freeing up your time and improving efficiency through real‑world examples.
Session 4: Measuring Success & Planning for the Future
In this final session, we look at how to understand the impact Copilot is having on your day‑to‑day work, share feedback on what’s working well, and identify ways to build on successful habits.
