This advanced‑level course is designed for users who are already confident in building Copilot agents using custom instructions and SharePoint‑based knowledge sources. Attendees will deep‑dive into the capabilities, limitations and strategic considerations of deploying agents at scale within an organisation. By the end of the course, participants will have the skills to extend their agents with real actions, design sophisticated multi‑turn conversations, orchestrate multiple agents, and apply best‑practice deployment and reporting approaches across the business.

Meet the instructor

Sergio Giusti

An accomplished IT professional with nearly two decades of experience in Microsoft technologies, Sergio specialises in SharePoint and the wider Microsoft 365 and Power Platform ecosystems. 

In his current role as Senior Solutions Architect, Sergio has developed a strong expertise in setting up and managing SharePoint lists and libraries.  Moreover, his practical experience with advanced features, such as JSON customisations for list columns and views, underscores his ability to push the boundaries of standard SharePoint functionalities.
